This is an upgraded version of the ORAFLEX 0.38mm 115XX mounting tape, featuring a 20% increase in adhesive strength, completely eliminating tape detachment when changing printing plates. It also improves the tape\u2019s reusability, helping to optimize production costs.<\/p>\n

The ORAFLEX 0.38mm tape is made from odorless, solvent-resistant acrylic adhesive, offering repositionability during plate mounting without leaving residue on the printing plate or cylinder.<\/p>\n

The ORAFLEX 0.38mm tape features a multi-layered structure. Its compressible foam technology, combined with a reinforced PE film layer, ensures that the tape thickness is precisely optimized with a tolerance of +\/- 0.02mm. The polymer foam layer minimizes rebound, while the reinforced PE film reduces dot gain.<\/p>\n
