This is an upgraded version of the ORAFLEX 0.5mm 116XX mounting tape, with adhesion increased by up to 20%, enhancing the tape\u2019s reusability and optimizing production costs.<\/p>\n

The ORAFLEX\u00ae 0.5mm tape is made from odorless, solvent-resistant acrylic adhesive. It allows for repositioning during plate mounting and leaves no adhesive residue on the printing plate or cylinder.<\/p>\n

ORAFLEX\u00ae Cushion tape has a multi-layer structure. The polymer foam layer reduces rebound, while the reinforced PE film helps minimize dot gain.<\/p>\n

Unlike the previous generation of ORAFLEX\u00ae Cushion 0.5mm tape, the new ORAFLEX\u00ae Cushion 118XX 0.5mm offers three hardness levels (soft, medium, and hard) and three adhesion levels on the printing cylinder.
